The research is clear that it is important for girls and women (as well as boys and men) to become educated and to develop voice and confidence. In addition, society needs more women to influence and lead. Studies also show that men must be involved and engaged in supporting the development of women to truly strengthen our homes, communities, schools and institutions, businesses, and state.
