This series focuses on the adventures of four fairytale friends who transform into reading-powered superheroes: Alpha Pig with Alphabet Power, Wonder Red with Word Power, Princess Presto with Spelling Power, Super Why with the Power to Read and Super YOU with the Power to Help. Together, they are the "Super Readers!" The Super Readers jump into books (literally) to find answers to everyday preschool challenges and embark on exciting adventures, where they play interactive reading games to overcome obstacles and save the day. In every episode, young viewers dive directly into a pop-up story to experience a brightly-illustrated children's tale brought to magical life.

  • Cinderella: The Prince's Side of the Story

    Red and Little Boy Blue are playing some music together when Little Boy Blue suddenly disappears! This is just like when Cinderella left the ball without finishing her dance. To solve the mystery, Super Why and his friends soar into Cinderella's fairytale once again, and this time they talk to the prince! Educational Objectives: To learn about thinking creatively, investigate the alphabet, practice the magic of spelling, and use the power to read to change the story.

  • George and the Dragon

    FE FI FO FUM! The Giant has stepped on Pig's toy, and he's scared to ask for it back! The super readers venture into a classic tale to meet intrepid Knight George, who is about to face his own fears and battle a dragon to rescue a princess! But it turns out that George isn't quite so brave, and needs a little help...from an unexpected source! Educational Objectives: To learn to appreciate where you're from.   • Judith's Happy Chanukah

    Whyatt is excited to have been invited to Red's Gramma's house to celebrate Chanukah, but doesn't know much about the holiday. To learn more, the Super Readers jump into the book Judith's Happy Chanukah where they meet Judith, who loves Chanukah so much that she can't wait to share it with her new friends. Educational Objectives: To learn about holiday traditions. Kids will play with the alphabet and identify the letters C, O, I, N, and S. They'll learn the word LATKES, rhyme -OIL words, and use the power to read to change the story and make both Red's and Judith's Chanukah celebrations special.

  • King Midas

    Pig only has one toy car, but he wants lots more! Super Why and his friends fly into the story of a ruler with the golden touch and meet King Midas. The king may think that MORE is better, but all he ends up with is more problems! The reading heroes help King Midas, and Pig learns an important lesson about appreciation. Educational Objectives: To learn to be glad about what you have, discover the alphabet, identify the letters M, I, L, K., practice the magic of spelling, and use the power to read to change the story.

    Whyatt's big brother Jack is going off to college, and Whyatt is going to miss him so much! The super readers jump into the tale of two mice brothers who live far away from each other. They journey with the mice from the bustling city to the quiet country, only to find that the best solution to their problem doesn't mean losing the comforts of home. To answer this question, the Super Readers jump into the book The Sheep Who Lost Little Bo Peep where they meet two silly little sheep who can't find their Bo Peep. The Super Readers use their super powers to help the sheep and Bo Peep find each other. Educational Objectives: To learn the strategy of staying in one place when separated from the group.   • The Swiss Family Robinson

    Little Boy Blue is stuck on a little island in Storybrook Pond and can't get back to shore. Super Why and his friends head into the story of The Swiss Family Robinson to meet a family who is just as stranded as Little Boy Blue. They'll need to use what's around them to survive in this do-it-yourself island adventure! Educational Objectives: To learn to think creatively in tricky situations.
